Terms

These terms apply to the services of Vermeulen Cijfers, Karel Vermeulen, Grotesteenweg 214, 2600 Berchem. They add to the agreements we make together.

Services

I keep your bookkeeping, handle your VAT returns and personal income tax, and guide the set up or conversion to a company. Payroll runs through a fixed partner.

Rates and payment

The monthly plans have a fixed price, as shown on the site. Work outside the plan, such as setting up a company, we agree in advance. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice.

Your cooperation

For correct bookkeeping you provide your records on time and in full, preferably digitally via Yuki or Billit. I can only file returns on time if I receive your data on time.

Liability

I work with care and follow the code of conduct of the ITAA. My liability stays limited to what is provided by law and by the profession.

Ending

We work without a long commitment. You or I can end the cooperation, with respect for the running duties and returns.
