Privacy policy

Vermeulen Cijfers values your privacy. This policy explains which data I collect, why, and how I handle it. The controller is Karel Vermeulen, Grotesteenweg 214, 2600 Berchem.

Which data

I process the data you provide yourself, such as your name, contact details and company details, and the data needed for your bookkeeping and returns. I process no more than necessary.

Why

Your data serves to keep your bookkeeping, file your returns and communicate with you. Some processing is a legal duty, such as the retention duty for accounting records.

Sharing with third parties

I share your data only where needed, for example with the government for your returns, with the software I use such as Yuki and Billit, or with a payroll partner. I never sell your data.

Retention

I keep your data as long as needed for the service and as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data within the legal limits. To do so, contact me at karel@vermeulencijfers.be.
